The standard "no children allowed" rule for the ULVC was waived
for lil' six-year-old Mark after his philanthropist parents donated a
new wing to the Institute for Ultimateness in LEGO Vehicles.
Kate
This year's only newcomer, Kate made an immediate impression when, as
soon as the starting bell for the building period rang, she began throwing
wild indiscriminate punches, injuring several.
J-VEQ
Though fashion mogul Matthew is now too important to actually attend ULV contests, his ubiquitous BIG FACE apparel ensured his presence was felt. According to the legendary J-VEQ, he's all anyone is wearing these days in New York City.
Lila
Earlier this year, Lila had half of her brain removed, replacing it
with weapons-grade plutonium.
